We do plenty of ballet exercises, but I try to come up with something fun and creative for them for the last few minutes of class. It gives them the opportunity to just enjoy dancing for the Lord!

Ballerina Butterflies
On Tuesday, the two younger classes had fun dressing up in butterfly wings and flying/dancing around the room the last few minutes of class. There is an older class this summer as well, but they don't get to dress up like the younger ones! :)

those skirts are just so adorable!
ReplyDeleteI found the skirts last year at Walmart on sale for $3. They were short skirts size "1" in the woman's department, but I knew they'd work great and be the right length for little girls!
