Dancing in "The Promise Fulfilled", during “The Great Day” I got to experience something really neat…
On my solo, a bright light shone on me, and Jesus stood right behind me. But darkness was everywhere else, and I felt like I was about to fall off the stage. During the first few moves I couldn’t see Jesus at all. As it drew closer and closer to the move where he came in, I began to freak out. “Where is he? Where is he? He’s not here? He couldn’t get here fast enough! What am I going to do?” I thought I would just have to do it on my own, but then he was there! Right on cue! When I looked back on it, I realized Jesus was there the whole time. I just couldn’t see him!
But then the next performance came, and it happened again! I freaked out again because I couldn’t see him. But just as before, he was there. The whole time. By the last performance I was able to just dance, because I knew Jesus was there even though I couldn’t see him. He had proven himself, and I learned to trust. He had showed up before, and he would show up again. Right on cue.
